About Me

This website evolved out of my own personal need for a single “portal” to the online world of Blythe. This site is an attempt to collect all the best Blythe websites and present the most comprehensive information about the doll. If you know of something that I’ve missed please leave a comment and let me know.

As for me, I’m happily married, I live in Pennsylvania, and I’m a librarian. I currently have five Blythes. Anne Shirley was my first. She’s a Pow Wow Poncho, and I chose her because 1) she was a fairly decent price for a first doll, 2) I love her hair, and 3) I think her downward gazing eyes make her unique. I also have an Asian Butterfly Encore, who I’ve customized into black-haired, blueish/purple-eyed Emily Starr. Last year I finally got my dream doll, Keri (Rouge Noir). After an unsuccessful bonding experience with a Prima Dolly Ashlette, I adopted Lillian (Birdie Blue) who is currently customized into my mini-me. Finally, I just got a Star Dancer for Christmas, and I’ve finally named her Rowan.
